Before you buy:
Please ensure you have selected the correct delivery option, as we bill separately if the incorrect delivery option is selected. Your items will only be dispatched once the correct option is paid for.
Should, for some reason the incorrect delivery fee be charged to your order (and the error is on our side) you may be given the option to cancel your order for a refund, should you not wish to pay the additional delivery fees. Nationwide courier : In the event of your parcel requiring a dedicated special trip to deliver the shipment, additional charges may be levied. Examples of special delivery areas include: Mines, Power Stations, Plots/Farms, remote areas, Military Bases, Game Lodges, Ports/Harbours, Embassies and Consulates. In this instance, you will be contacted prior to delivery. If you are unsure please email us info@ballitocleaningproducts.co.za for a formal delivery quote.
Due to the nature of our products we do not accept any returns. All purchases are final. Please ensure you understand the use of the product before purchasing.
